Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through forgeprotocol.ai, operated by Forge Protocol LLC. We want you to be confident in your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing or buying.

1. Free Tier

The Free tier requires no payment. No refund is applicable.

2. Career Strike — $19.99 One-Time Purchase

Career Strike is a one-time credit that grants access to one AI career coaching session.

• No refund is issued after a Career Strike session has been consumed (generation has completed or been attempted).
• If your session failed to generate any output due to a confirmed technical error on our end, you are entitled to a full refund or session credit replacement. You must contact us within 24 hours of the failed session.
• If you purchased Career Strike but have not yet used the credit, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

3. Pro Monthly — $49.00/month

Pro Monthly is a recurring subscription billed monthly.

• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refund is issued for the current billing period after a charge has been processed.
• Access to Pro features continues until the end of the paid billing period after cancellation.
• If you were charged in error (e.g., after confirmed cancellation), contact us immediately for a full refund of the erroneous charge.

4. Pro Annual — $249.00/year

Pro Annual is a recurring subscription billed annually.

• Full refund available within 14 days of your initial purchase date, provided no sessions have been consumed.
• After 14 days, or after any session has been used, no refund is available. You retain access for the remainder of the annual term.
• If you were charged in error, contact us immediately.

5. Veteran Pro Annual — $199.00/year

Veteran Pro Annual follows the same refund terms as Pro Annual:

• Full refund within 14 days of initial purchase if no sessions have been consumed.
• No refund after 14 days or after any session has been used.
• You retain access for the remainder of the annual term after cancellation.

6. Extra Session — $9.00 per session

Extra Sessions are individual session credits available to paid-tier members.

• No refund after an Extra Session credit has been consumed.
• If a session failed to generate output due to a confirmed technical error, contact us within 24 hours for a credit replacement or refund.
• Unused Extra Session credits do not expire and carry forward indefinitely.

7. Technical Failures

If you experience a technical failure — meaning the Service failed to produce any output despite a valid session being consumed — you are entitled to a session credit replacement or a refund of the session cost, at your election. To request relief for a technical failure:

• Contact james@forgeprotocol.ai within 24 hours of the failed session
• Include your account email and a description of the issue
• We will investigate and respond within 2 business days

8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund eligible under this policy:

• Email james@forgeprotocol.ai
• Include your account email address
• Include the date of purchase and the amount charged
• Describe the reason for your refund request

We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

9. Disputes

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or have a billing concern not addressed by this policy, contact us at james@forgeprotocol.ai before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and fairly. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in account suspension pending resolution.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated by email.
