Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of forgeprotocol.ai and the Forge Protocol platform (the "Service"), operated by Forge Protocol LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Forge Protocol," "we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. The Service is intended for individuals pursuing career development, including veterans transitioning to civilian or federal employment.

2. Account Registration

To access most features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information
  • Maintain the security of your credentials
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Forge Protocol offers the following service tiers:

  • Free: 1 lifetime session, no payment required
  • Career Strike: $19.99 one-time purchase, 1 session credit
  • Pro Monthly: $49.00 per month, 5 sessions per calendar month, auto-renewing
  • Pro Annual: $249.00 per year, 5 sessions per calendar month, auto-renewing
  • Veteran Pro Annual: $199.00 per year, 5 sessions per calendar month, auto-renewing
  • Extra Session: $9.00 per session, available to paid-tier members

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at james@forgeprotocol.ai.

4. Refund Policy

Our refund policy varies by product:

  • Free tier: No payment required; no refund applicable.
  • Career Strike ($19.99 one-time): No refund after the session has been consumed. If your session failed to generate output due to a technical error, contact us within 24 hours for a full refund.
  • Pro Monthly ($49.00): No refunds for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • Pro Annual ($249.00) and Veteran Pro Annual ($199.00): Full refund available within 14 days of initial purchase if no sessions have been consumed. No refund after 14 days or after any session has been used.
  • Extra Session ($9.00): No refund after the session has been consumed. Technical failures are refunded within 24 hours of report.

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate career-related content including resumes, cover letters, and interview preparation materials. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content is provided for informational and drafting purposes only
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before use
  • Forge Protocol makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated content for any particular purpose
  • AI-generated content should not be submitted without your review and approval
  • Results may vary based on the information you provide

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Attempt to circumvent session limits or quota enforcement
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without written permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the security or integrity of the Service

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Forge Protocol LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the personal information and content you submit. You grant Forge Protocol a limited, non-exclusive license to process your submitted content solely to provide the Service to you.

Career documents generated by the Service are yours. We do not claim ownership of AI-generated outputs produced from your inputs.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. FORGE PROTOCOL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.

Forge Protocol is not a licensed employment agency, career counselor, or legal advisor. The Service is a technology tool and does not constitute professional career, legal, or financial advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FORGE PROTOCOL LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Forge Protocol LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your submitted content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Wyoming. You waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class action litigation. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

14. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
